Beginning in January, Sharee will offer yoga classes in her home studio! Space is limited. You will receive very close attention. If you are interested, let me know.

In February, Sharee will be offering A Yoga Sampler Series: a 4 week class held through Minneapolis Community Education to be held at Pratt Elementary School in Prospect Park. These classes will be held 4 Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Feb. 4, 2015 class will be about the Eight Limbed Path of Yoga, a sampler of asanas (yoga postures), Pranayama (breath work) concentration and meditation.

Feb.11, 2015 class will focus on Pranayama (breath work) and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). This completely relaxes the central nervous system releasing physical, mental and emotional tension.

Feb. 18, 2015 class will be a Vinyasa Flow (a linking of yoga postures) focusing on the hips and shoulders.

Feb. 25, 2015 class will be Restorative Yoga Poses using bolsters, blankets and props to support you in different postures, to completely relax into the pose.

Also Sharee will be offering a Yoga Workshop on Healthy Strong Bones at The Marsh, in Minnetonka, tentatively scheduled for Feb. 21, 2015. Stay tuned.
